Wide lineup with zener voltages from 2.4 V to 39 V. In the lineup is the DZ2Jxxx series with finely divided voltage rank to

enable voltage selection according to the application and the DZ4JxxxK series with 2 independent elements to enable the

number of mounted components to be reduced.
