Enables the IrDa device.
Clamp the SIM supply to 0 V on handset power down.
Enable the handset vibrating anunciator.
Enables red status LED.
Enables the DC/DC boost converter circuit on the PMIC.
Enables the audio headset circuit.
Enables the green status LED.
Enables the backlight LEDs.
Detects when the Send/End key on the headset is pressed.
Enables the battery type detection circuit.
Indicates if the external DC voltage is connected to the handset (travel charger adapter).
