Sets the operating time of the constrained-rotor

protection circuit.

Reference signal oscillator used when the clock

signal is cut off and to prevent malfunctions.

The protection function operating time can be

set by connecting a capacitor between this pin

and ground.

This pin also functions as the logic circuit block

power-on reset pin.
