Description:

The premium choice for ESD bench dissipative worksurfaces. Provides a durable and attractive ESD controlled dissipative

worksurface. Resists hot solder and most solvents; exceeds NEMA standards for wear resistance. Conductive layer provides

superior charge dissipation and zero voltage suppression.

materials should be carefully tested for adequate performance at low humidity prior to selection and installation.

Cleaning: For optimum electrical performance of your ESD worksurface, clean regularly with an ESD mat cleaner. We suggest using

Reztore™ Surface & Mat Cleaner, Item #10435 or Static-Wipes Item #10600. Do not use cleaners with silicone. Silicone buildup will

create an insulative film on the surface.

Grounding: This material must be properly grounded for optimal electrical performance. See Laminate Grounding Systems and

None of the RoHS 2 restricted materials or REACH substances

of very high concern are intentionally added in manufacturing

this product. Ref: European Union Directive 2011/65/EU and

Limited Warranty:

Desco warrants for one year that Micastat® dissipative laminate

products will be free of defects in materials and workman­ship

and will guarantee dissipative / conductive laminate properties

for the life of the product. Damage to laminate caused by misuse

of any kind, including using inappropriate cleaners is not covered

by Desco Limited Warranty.
