Ground

LNAIN LNA Input Port. Blocking capacitor is required, which may be used as part of the matching network.
A1
GAIN Gain-Control Logic Input. Drive high for high-gain mode. Drive low for low-gain mode.
B1
BIAS
LNA Bias Setting Pin. For nominal bias, connect 20kresistor to VCC. Adjust the resistor value to alter the
linearity of the LNA.
B2
LNAOUT
LNA Output Port. This port requires an external pullup inductor, which may be used as part of the matching
network.
B3
VCC
Supply Voltage Input. Bypass with a 100pF capacitor to GND.
