Output current detection terminal. An Rf is conented across this terminal and GND,
and the output current is detectied as voltage.
Sets the oscillating frequency of the switching regulator.
Outputs duty-controlled pulses. Open-collector output.
Integrator output terminal (speed control terminal).
Varies the switching regulator output votlage.

Goes LOW when the specified speed is exceeded.
