s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NJU6424 is a Dot Matrix LCD controller Driver for 10-
character 3-line with icon display maximum by itself.
It operates from 2.4V power supply and it contains voltage
Tripler, bleeder resistance to generate about triple voltage (9V)
and the bias for LCD Driving waveform internally from single
power supply(3V).

The NJU6425 is a Dot Matrix LCD controller Driver for 10-
character 3-line maximum by itself.
It contains voltage doubler but the bias voltage for LCD
Driving waveform is fixed by the external bleeder resistors.
